TBS Welcomes Training Coordinator

There are many things that make The Bay School a unique program for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, but one area that is particularly important to us is the quality of training we provide to our staff. We know it requires a highly skilled team to maintain the quality of services we provide to our students.

At TBS we take great pride in the level of training and ongoing development opportunities we provide to our team. In order to maintain our training standards and stay updated with the latest evidence-based training practices, we are excited to announce that TBS has developed a new Training Coordinator position.

In August 2016, Ali Anderson took on the new role of Training Coordinator at TBS. Ali started working at TBS as an instructor in 2008, was promoted to Teacher Trainee in 2010, and became Teacher of the Middle School classroom in 2011. In addition to holding a moderate-severe special education credential, Ali is a certified QBS Safety Care Trainer, and holds a MA in Education. She has brought new ideas and perspectives to our school's training practices and has already enhanced our training program in many ways. We are grateful to have Ali's support as Training Coordinator and know that this new position will help us better serve our students. Please help us in welcoming Ali to her new role!
