Behavior Analyst, The Bay School, a May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities

Sarah joined The Bay School team in 2023 as Behavior Analyst. Sarah received a master's degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University. She began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2010 as an instructional aide at an autism center through the Santa Cruz County Office of Education. During this time, she obtained her certificate in ABA from the University of Cincinnati and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. Sarah has worked as a Behavior Analyst in both home and center-based programs and has built extensive experience in the field of special education.
